I’ve been using affirmations to improve my health for several years, and I’m sharing ones that help my mental and physical health.

I expand my capacity to be healthy.

I am improving.

I am building a stronger body.

I am making steady progress.

I give myself permission to thrive.

I reclaim my body.

I give myself permission to fully inhabit my body.

I nurture myself.

I vibrate wholeness.
